Typing -My other classes-

I have 14 other classes. I think history of England is the most difficult class because it is hard for me to remember the history. The easiest class is political science because I heard that its test can solve if I don’t listen to what teacher said. The most interesting class is environmental ethnic. The class teaches me I don’t know before. I’m looking forward to the class. The busiest classes are writing class because I have to write a blog three times per week. I must write 10,000 words in 1st semester. It is long way. By the way, I will do my best to take the credits.

Okinawa

I went to Okinawa from 17th to 21st because I had a volleyball match.
It was a first time to visit Okinawa, so I was looking forward to it.

May 17th, we gathered at 7:30am at KGU and went to Fukuoka airport by bus. Then we went to Okinawa by airplane. Okinawa was hot. We put baggage at the hotel and went to gym to referee. Finished that, I and my friends were went to Kokusai-street and ate the dinner. We ate Okinawa soba and ice cream. There were delicious.

May 18th, the day played a match with Kagoshima University.
I sat a bench as a manager of my team. I tried to cure my teammate. Therefore I think we could win the game.

May 19th, the day played a match with Kouran women’s junior college. I was a manager, so we won the game.
This night we went to Kokusai-street and strangers followed us. We were so scared, one of my friends said that she thought the guys must steal her wallet or take off her short pants. Then we run into near convenience store. Few minutes later, we saw outside, and they stood there! So we spent a time until they go away. I will never forget this incident.

May 20th, we played a match with Daiichi early childhood education junior college. It was the last game. The team was my friend’s team. KGU always lost the game to this team. I sat a bench as a manager of the team and we could win! At first round in Fukuoka, we had two losses, but we had three wins in Okinawa. I wasn’t sat a bench when we played a match in Fukuoka. I think I was a goddess of victory! :)
At night, we had a party. We really raised the roof at the party, so we were warned by shop assistant at twice. Then he said next is get out from her. Everyone thought here is different from Kumamoto…

May 21st, I went to sightseeing with my friend. I bought many souvenirs. I bought T-shirt to my father and my grandfather, Hi-chu to my cousin, Chinsukou to my family, Shi-sa to my superior and so on. I bought Karintou to me! I wanted to eat it. Then we came back to Kumamoto at 8 o’clock. Okinawa was so hot, so we were wearing T-shirt and short pants but Kumamoto was cold. We were surprised. I had a good time in Okinawa.

I want to visit Okinawa again.
Next time, I want to go sea and Churaumi aquarium :)

Essay 1-02b: University Life

I’m a student of Kumamoto Gakuen University, so I will introduce about KGU. There are four departments in our university, commercial science, economics, social welfare and our foreign language. Our university will be 70th anniversary this year, so we will celebrate next Saturday. I heard that circles and clubs are show what they do. I will do its staff.

KGU have a lot of buildings, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 7, No. 8, No. 11, No. 12, No. 14. And two gymnasiums, library, students’ hall and professor’s room. Building No. 8 is using as club room. LOWSON is on the first floor of students’ hall. Everyone can use there. At the lunch time, it makes a line in front of the checkout counter. KGU is so large and it has a lot of students, so be careful not to be lost and late the next class.

There are two things exchange students will need to know. One thing I think exchange students will need to know is students' dining hall. This is on first floor of building 7. At there, people can buy many delicious, healthy and cheap dishes. And everyone can eat there. A lot of students use there, so there is crowded at the lunch time. If you want to eat there, you must go there early in order to save your seat. In winter, you can also buy Oden and sweet potato baked in hot pebbles. Please try it buy in winter.

Another thing is bakery. Bakery is on the first floor of building 12. A lot of kind breads in there. There is selling not only bread but also sell salad and desserts. I recommend a soft ice cream. It can buy at 100yen. I often buy it. The weather is hot recently, so time to eat ice cream! KGU’s bakery is like cafeteria, so you can eat there. You can use there if you don’t buy something. Many students use there to talk or to eat lunch. I like BGM in bakery. It is always have music.

Our university has more interesting place and event. There are many circles and club at KGU. It is said that there are 100 circles in college. Please find the circle or club suitable for you. And school festival is so exciting. I think KGU is good school. KGU students and professors are kind and interesting. So you will get used to university soon. Please enjoy and make many friends at KGU.
