BR 2-04: Inky the Indigo Fairy

"Rain, rain, go away," Rachel Walker said with a sigh. (p. 1)

I like the song.
Rain, rain, go away
Come again another day
Little ~ wants to play
Rain, rain, go away
I used to sing this song when I little.

Rachel and Kirsty found "The Big Book of Fairy Rales". And the book were shining with a soft bluish-purple light. On the first page of the book was a picture of a wooden soldier. Above the picture were the words: The Nutcracker. The book is magical book so it seeps Rachel and Kirsty away to the Land of Sweets. The land made of sweets. Rachel and Kirsty met the land person and finially found Inky the indigo Fairy.

Next is last story. Can they found all fairies and save Fairyland? If they don't return soon, Fairyland is doomed to be gray forever!

Typing: My favorite season

My favorite season is fall because it is comfortable to live. And also my birthday is on September. I can eat cake and receive presents. It is said that autumn of appetite and sports. Fall foods are delicious. I like fruits and Pacific saury. I want to eat Pacific saury grilled with salt. It is so delicious, but I can’t grill it myself. And I used to eat sweet potato baked when I was in parents’ house. My grandmother often baked it. I became to eat it. Autumn is best season to do sports, I think. I’m playing volleyball and I wearing shirt with long sleeves. Long sleeves shirt is necessary for me to receive with sliding. In summer it was so hot, so I’m glad to come this season.

BR 2-03: Sky the Blue Fairy

The crab was bright blue and very shiny. (p. 4)

Rachel felt her hear beat faster. "maybe the fairy is all tangled up." She whispered. "Like Fern was when she landed in the ivy on the tower." Fern was the Green Rainbow Fairy. Rachel and Kirsty had already found Fern and her sisters Ruby, Amber and Sunny. And they should find other three fairies, Sky, Inky and Heather.

Suddenly, a crab crawled out from under the seaweed at Kirsty's feet. The crab was bright blue and very shiny. Tiny rainbows sparkled across its shell. It didn't look like any of the other crabs on the beach. Kirsty and Rachel smiled each other. Then they found Sky hte Blue Fairy at the beach. The fairy pressed her hands against the curved side of the bubble.

Today was also practice game at Luther High School.
I went to there by bicycle, my hip painful.

In the game, all sets won.
Luther High School was weak than Kumashou.

It finished at noon, so I and my friend went to Tapiking.

It was so delicious!

Today was practice game at Kumamoto Shogyo high school.
High school students is so young!
I think I got old...

After practice, I went to Youme town with my friend.
We bought worry beads.
We selected beads and made it ourselves.
We took about two hours until decided which one buy.
It was so fun to make it but I was tired.
Blue one is mine.

And we ate french fries and bought bread.
Then went back home.
On my way home, I met Rina by accident.
We talked until change the traffic lights.
And she went to eat dinner.

Typing: My favorite place I've been

My favorite place is New Zealand. I have been there when I was a junior high school student. I went there homestay program. I went with my friends and teachers. I decided to go to abroad because my friend asked me. If my friend didn’t ask me, I couldn’t know how good NZ is. I stayed Auckland in NZ. It was good place and people are so kind. I like there soon. I went to school and made a lot of Korean friends. I learned Korean from them and I learned NZ history from teacher. One holiday, I and my friends went to see sheep by car. I was surprised to hear “Sheep have the right of way.” I thought not pedestrians. I felt relaxed at there. If I have a time, I want to visit there again.

Typing: Something special I did during vacation

I think I didn’t special things yet, but I went to sea and river. So, I did like summer. My friend said “You went to sea and river!? The last is mountain!” My hometown is around with mountain, so I think I should go back to my hometown. Then I will bake sweets for my grandparents. In August is my grandmother’s birthday. It is late for it but I want to celebrate her birthday because I like my grandparents. I’m looking forward to seeing them. Summer vacation is drawing to an end, and I will enjoy to the very end.

Oct. 15

My weekend was league volleyball game in Saga.

On Oct. 13th, we left Kumamoto at 7 o'clock.
It was so early, so everyone slept in the bus.

The game started 11 o'clock.
We played a match with Daiichi Junior College of Infant Education.
This junior college is in Kagoshima.
So the teammate speak with an Kagoshima accent.
It was familiar for me.

The result of the match was our lose.
Our team lost the game to the Daiichi Junior College of Infant Education by set count of 2 to 3.

Next day, we played a match with Japan University of Economics.
Last game we lost to the team by full sets, so we want to win this time.
But the result was lose.
The set count 0-3, we lost without winning a single set.

We couldn't win in Saga.
The week after next, the game hold in Kumamoto.
So, we want to win!

Typing: Good and bad points about summer

I think two good points and bad points about summer. First, good point is a lot of evens hold in summer. I like fireworks. It is so beautiful. I saw three times from my room this summer. Next good point is weather is good, so I would like to washing. But I like a shower. It feels summer. Bad points are too hot and practice becomes hard. Hot climate make me tried. I sweat and My shirt was clinging to my body with perspiration. And volleyball practice has in gym, so there is not a breath of wind. Beside practice become hard, mainly improvement of physical strength and muscular strength. I always muscular pain in summer vacation.

BR 2-02: Fern the Green Fairy

Kirsty could just barely see a tiny girl dressed in glittering green. (p. 19)

Rachel and Kirsty went to picnic. And they found secret garden. The two girls were standing in a large garden. It looked as if nobody else had been there for a long, long time. White marble statues stood here and there, half hidden by green ivy.

They thought Fern the Green Fairy might be here,so they walk around calling fairy's name. To lead them, leaves start moving... And then they found Fern. She was in a small, hollow knot halfway up the trunk and it was covered by a glass window.

Rachel and Kirsty found four fairies. Can they help all fairies? I'm looking forward to read next book.

Typing: How I study during the vacation

During summer vacation, I’m going to study to listen to English music and watch DVD in English. I’m watching Lie to me. It is so interesting for me. I think I am able to learn psychology and English from it. I think it is killing two birds with one stone. And I will try translating conversation of life into English in my mind. I sometimes translate in my mind especially after blogging. When I wrote blog then watch TV, I was translating unconsciously. So I do it consciously this time. And it will be better my English ability. I’m not to forget English.

I will take 12 classes next term. I will take introduction to American literature. And I’m at a loss whether to take American history or not. I took English history last term then it was difficult for me to understand because the teacher spoke too fast. I think decide take or not after I receive my school record. If I take its credit, I may take the class. And I will take theory of Japanese grammar next term. I wish it is not difficult. Other classes are I take in 1st term. But no reading class and Japanese phonetics class.

I had practice at KGU in the morning.
After practice, I didn't want to anywhere, so I watched TV.
At night, I had telephone call from grandfather.
He call me when he had sad things.
The day, neighborhood was die, so he called me.
I think he is missing me. Always ask when came back.
I want to back his birthday.

Oct. 7
I had practice game at Chinzei high school all day.
Then I saw senior player was punched her head by supervisor.
It seemed painful.
And I remembered I was punched when junior high school.
We were relay race P.E class. My team was at the very bottom.
So, I ran short course when teacher didn't look. It means I did foul play.
But it was exposed and I was call hem.
He punched my head with smiling.
It was so painful and never forget memory.
I promised never do foul play...

We had practice game at Shugakukan high school.
It finished peacefully.
Next weekend is league volleyball game.
And 25th to 28th, too.
It is last game for fourth grade.
I wish we can rounded off playing career with win in their last game.

I like flower. In my parents’ house of garden, a lot of flowers are in bloom. My family like flower. I saw dahlia in my garden. It is said rare. It flower raised by my grandparents. My favorite flower is cherry blossom. I like this flower when these have falling. Shower of falling cherry blossom petals are so beautiful. I often try to catch its petals. If I could catch it, I feel happy. Flower is beautiful because it is fall. I agree those words. And I also like rape blossoms. My name uses this flower of kanji. My kanji of name is come from this flower. My mother named my name to be cheerful girl like rape blossoms. So I like this flower.

Yesterday, I slept so early.
I don't remember what TV I wached since about 7 o'clock.
And I waked up about 8 o'clock.
About 13 hours I got sleep.

It is said that "A sleepless night or two will not kill a person."
But it is opposite. Is it good for health?
I wonder how long human can sleep.
My record is 13 hours!
Who can break my record?

Yesterday, I ate Takoyaki.
Recently, my friend bought takoyaki plate, so we held Takopa.
The day practice finished 9 o'clock.
And we started party about 11 o'clock.

We put wiener, cheese in takoyaki.
Then we were satiated the taste, so we went to supermarket and buy Natto, snack and coke.
And ate again.
We ate many takoyaki and drank.
My friends drank wine with coke and I was Kahlua and Milk.
They drank up a bottle of wine between the two.
I was surprised. I thought they like drink.

After all, we went to bed about 3 o'clock.
I was sleepy today's class...

This book is sequel to "Amber the Orange Fairy". The seven Rainbow Fairies are missing. Rechel and Kirsty search for one in each RAINBOW MAGIC book. Read all seven books to help rescue the fairies and bring the sparkle back to Fairyland.

Fairyland is home to seven colorful sisters. Together, they are the Rainbow Fairies. They keep Fairyland dazzling and bright. But when evil Jack Frost sends them far away, the sisiters are in big trouble. If they don't return soon, Fairyland is doomed to be gray foever.

Typing: Vacation plans/vacation preparation

My vacation plans are very simple. I will practice volleyball and I want to go river. Gym doesn’t have air conditioner, so it is too hot. I careful to not to be heat injury.
