Writing test

I will give to you advice about this class.

I think you had better start blogging early because this class has a lot of homework. And you have to write so many words. We had to write 10,000 in first semester and next semester was 15,000 words. If you didn’t start early, you will be cornered at the last.

This class has typing homework, essay and book reviews. Typing homework has to over 100 words in five minutes. This assignment good to improve writing skill. And you have to read English books to write book review. I think this assignment you should start early. But it was interesting assignment for me because I read the book which I want to read. And it is good for you to improve your reading skill. And we wrote essays. Your teacher will tell you about subject. Then you have to write about the theme. But only these things I think don’t reach 15,000. So you should write more, for example write your diary. And You don’t do “copy and paste” from other page. If it exposed, you cannot get credit.

This class is hard to you, but it is good for you. Please do your best!

My life

This presentation is about my life.
First picture is my house. I grew up in this house.

Next picture are my childhood.
This is me and she is my sister. I was big baby.

Next pictures are when I was about 2 years old.
I am natural curly hair. It was hard to comb my hair.

And next pictures are when I was 3 years old.
I went to see cosmoses with my family.
As you can see, I couldn't do piece. So I did like circle.
I think I couldn't piece when I enter elementary school.

And next picture is when I was 7 years old.
It was seven years ceremony, so I dressed up to Hakama.
My aunt dressed me. And I took this photo in front of my house.

The seventh slide about my elementary school.
These are school building, gym and school badge.
My elementary school has new gym and pool.

Then slide No.8 is when I was elementary school.
Above one took after graduate ceremony. So we bring graduation certificate.
And below one is when I was 4th grade. We took it in front of pool.
I like the memory of elementary school. I often played dodge ball during the noon recess.

Next is about my junior high school.
My school was new and clean. These pictures are school building, garden and classroom.
It had construct the room contest and my classroom got first prize.

Next is my teammate when I was in junior high school.
It was small team but I enjoyed play volleyball.

The slide of No. 11 is about my high school.
These are school building and school badge.
I like the shape of this tree. I often look to relax.

Next is when I was freshman.
This picture when the school festival. Our class did balloon are.
We made winne- the-Phoo with balloon. It took about one day.
It was fun to do ballon art.

Next is when I was second grade.
We folded paper cane about 20,000. It was so hard.
It took half a year to make this picture. The title is Dark Red Sky.
Sometime happen Crane War.

And next is about last year of high school.
I took picture with my friends and my volleyball coach.
I like them.

Next is my teammate.
Almost students are freshman but we could get along with everyone.
Because I know them when they were junior high school.
I often played with junior high school students.
I like them because they are funny.

And No. 16 is about Kumamoto Gakuen University.
This is my university.
I chose this collage because I want to learn English but also want to play volleyball.

Next picture took we held girls meeting.
After finished tests we held the party.
It was first time to gather all girls in my class but it was so fun.
We enjoyed party. This year will also hold.

And next is about volleyball club at KGU.
It took when we went to river and Okinawa.
We fell down from this bridge. It was scary but we enjoyed.

And last is about my university life.
These pictures are when I went to pool, zoo and so on.
I am really enjoy school life.

Jan. 22

I have to write about 500 words on this blog.
But I have no idea what I should write about.

Anyway, I want power of concentration.
I lack the will to study in spite of I have exam soon.
How to concentrate?
Why everyone can concentrate on something?
Where is my power of concentration?
I want to concentrate...

I should have slept early last night...?
Last night, I slept about 2 o'clock.
And I got up 8 o'clock this morning.
I was decide to sleep 65 percent of my life.
I made mistake! I slept only 6 hours.
I should sleep more! But I am tired of sleeping again.
But I want to sleep.

Life is succession of a choice.
This is on my iphone of main display.
I agree this word.
It is hard to live.

Jan. 21

Yesterday, I went to school at noon with Asuka.
We often go together when rainy day.

3rd period was American history of literature.
We watched To Kill a Mockingbird.
It continue until today's class.
And we have to write a paper on this movie.
I have a lot of paper...

Next class was speaking.
Yesterday was interview test.
I hope I can take credit.

We finished speaking class exam, so we went to dinner with speaking A students at Kitchen Ku.
A lot of dishes came and we ate all.
All the dishes was delicious, so we ate too much.
And I became full. But I ate dessert.
However full I am, I will eat dessert.

After dinner, we took photo.
And I and Hikari did UFO catcher.
We got many snack: Toppo, Alfort, calpas and Black Thunder.

 

Then we did LINE.

I thought most people who was slept at night will surprise to watch the numbers of notice on the screen.

I had really good time.
I'm looking forward to next speaking A meeting.

Jan. 20

On Friday, my father and mother came to Kumamoto.
And we ate dinner.

Today and yesterday, I went to ABLE to find new my room.
I can't decide it without consulting my parents, so my parents came from Kagoshima.
They will stay in Kumamoto during Friday and Saturday, but one room couldn't see.
So my mother stay one more night.
My father went to back Kagoshima because he is busy.

I want to live in 3-chome, Suizenji.
EMYU Suizenji is standing there but the rent was high because it is called designer's apartment.
It was new and clean.

After all, I decided my room in 1-chome, Suizenji.
It is new apartment. It is building now.
And it has walk-in closet.
I thought I can sleep here!

Thanks to my mother and father, I could find good room.
I'm  looking forward to move there!
And I want to choose new furniture quickly.

Reflection on Writing Ⅳ

I heard this semester also has blogging and it is start from summer vacation. So I thought to start blogging in summer vacation but I didn't. Therefore I still blogging now. It is hard for me to write 15,000 words.

This term we wrote movie reviews. So I watched Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. It was first time to watch Harry Potter. If didn't have this assignment, I will never watch this movie. I collaborated with my friend in writing it. So I think the essay is my best essay in this term.

And this semester also had typing and book reviews. The first fifth were we had to did during summer vacation. It had to write over 100 words in five minutes. Finished it, next typing were about something of my favorite. First 5 favorites had to write 120 words in 5 minutes. And second 5 favorites were 140 words in 5 minutes. Last 5 favorites were 150 words in 5 minutes. I couldn't write so long about favorite color, drink, flower and so on. So I wrote these topic first or second 5 favorites. But I could wrote about high school my memories, junior high school memory and elementary school memory, so I wrote last 5. It was difficult to write over 100 words but I wrote on the paper then typed. I think my typing skill became better than before thank to this assignment.

Book review was interesting for me. I read rainbow magic series and Frog and Toad. I like these series. Rainbow magic series were I read since last term. It was almost same things happen in each book. Then the end was happy end. Frog and Toad series were one of my favorite book. I like their friendship. The story was heart-warming story. But I was always reading easy one. Most of books are level 2. I should tried more difficult one. If I read more difficult books, my reading skill will be better than now. So I will read level 3 or more books if I have a time.

After all, I don't finish 15,000 words, so I will do my best. And I will be finished until Jan. 23.

Reflection on Writing Ⅲ

It was hard for me to blogging. At the first time, I was surprised to hear blogging and it had a lot of assignments. I had essay, book reviews and typing homework. But thank to essay, I could improve my writing skill compare first essay with last essay. I became come up some ideas soon. And I'm able to type quickly.

On essay, I wrote about my language learning history, university life and letter to host family. I wrote university life with my friend. So it is easy to understand about my university. We wrote it for exchange students. And I made presentation about my language learning history. If you don't want to read many letter, you should watch the presentation. I think I could make well. It is easy to understand about my language learning history.

I have a chance to read English books because I had book review assignment. If I don't have such assignment, I will not read English books. And I can read books faster and increase my vocabulary, thank to this assignment. I will read English book after finish this assignment because it is interesting to read and it is good for me.

And I sometime I wrote my diary. So lots of my memories in my blog. When I went to Okinawa, camp or something I did. All of these are my precious memories.

Blogging was hard but I enjoy to customize my blog. I like my blog title and background.

Jan. 5

On January 5, I got up 7 o'clock because I went to Ichiki Junior High School to play volleyball.
It took about an hour to got to there.
I didn't finish that school but I know coach, so I went with the coach.

The before today I came to practice.
And today wouldn't came here but the coach said that come to practice tomorrow, too.
In the evening, it hold alumni association but I practice until 3 o'clock.

I go back early, so the practice menu was almost game.
We play the game not 6 people vs. 6 people, it was 2 vs. 2 or 3 vs.3.
So it was too hard.
The court was large for two people.
And my partner was junior high school student and she is small.
It was difficult to receive her exactly because the target was small.
I think it was good practice for me.

Then I had alumni association in my hometown, so I went to back quickly.
It started at 5 o'clock.
A lot of familiar face there.
I could see and talk teacher and my friends.
One teacher one boy mistake with another boy.
So the teacher was surprised to heard the boy is going to Kyusshu University.
It was funny.

And I talked with Anna. She is one of my friend.
She was said she looks like Haruka Ayase, Mika Nakashima or Haruna Kawagushi.
But one bay said, "You look like Dan Mitsu."
I thought I see.
Then it started shooting.
The boy said that "please pose like this" showing the picture of Dan Mitsu.
Then I took photo by my friend's camera.
So many photo took with that camera.

And the party finished about 8 o'clock.
Then we went to continuation of a party at another place.
We went to Okame. It is Izakaya in my hometown.
Then we talked and talked.
To hear our teacher was drinking near our place, so we visit there.
And my friend paid a bill at Okame. He is working at the Self-Defense Forces
He paid about 10,000 yen! He was cool!!

Then we went to teacher's.
We talked again!
We talked about the memories of junior high school and Dan Mistu again.
I love teachers when I was in junior high school.
We were scolded many times, but we had a lot of good memories:)

I am glad to know my teachers and friends!
I love them.
And I want to gather again:)

BR 2-18: Frog and Toad Together

Toad wrote on the ground with a stick: Go to sleep. Then he crossed out. (p. 17)

I chose this book because I had read when I was a junior high school student. At that time, I read until I remember the story "A List". Because it was my favorite story in this book.

This book contains five stories. The language is simple with lot of "vocabulary list" type words, short sentences and large writing. I love this illustrations. They are a fantastic accompaniment to the text, and also very revealing of Frog and Toad's characters. The main theme is friendship, of course. But the short stories are packed full of virtues like patience, bravery, resourcefulness and appreciation. But Frog and Toad are not perfect. They help each other.

So, it is easy to read and there are intresting stories in this book. I recommend this book for everyone. And I think you will be pleased if you read this book.

Jan. 3

Today was coming-of-age celebration!
I was dressed a lomg-sleeved kimono at 6:30.
So I got up 5:30am.
And I went to beauty parlor with my aunt.
The salon's owner is my aunt.

The celebration held at noon, so I couldn't move any more.

Some friends I couldn't realized beacuse of wear makeup.
But other friend didn't change, so I could realized soon.

I was glad to watch video letter.
My volleyball teacher appeared with his family.
He didn't change before.
His looks and character was same when I was junior high school student.

After the ceremony we took photo.
Most people will go back, but I stoped them and took.

After this, I took many photo with my friends.
I could mack good memory:)
At night, I invited to drink but I didn't go because I was sleepy.
I got up 5:30am. It was so early for me.
Although my friends spent the night drinking.
I heard they drank about 9 hours.

BR 2-17: Mouse Tales

"I will tell you seven tales one for each of you if you promise to go right to sleep when I am done." (p. 1)

I chose this book because I was interested in what is Mouse Tales. This book contains many funny stories. I like "The Journey" and "The Bath".

This book's story like this. Papa's seven little mouse boys ask for bed story, so Papa tells seven stories one for each boy. Most of story were incredible. The content of "The Jouney" was funny but I was little impressed when the boy finally met his mother. And words which the mother said made me laugh.

I can tell about this book is that only. If you interested in other stories of Mouse Tales, pleaes read. I recommend this book for everyone.

Typing: My favorite high school memory

My favorite high school memory is school festival. When I was first grade, my class did balloon art. We made Winnie-the-pooh by balloon. We made it the day morning. So my class almost didn’t work during preparation time because the balloons were shriveled. We made it soon, and we disposed it quickly because we only break the ballons. In the other hand, I did folded paper crane art next year. We started it when start first term and we folded paper crane for about half a year. Finally, we folded it about 20,000 paper cranes. I was member of planning group, so I was stay at school every day from early morning until becoming dark outside. The day before school festival, I and some of my friends stayed at school until 9 o’clock. And the day was my birthday. I couldn’t eat birthday cake. We managed to finish it in time. We were clashed opinion each other again and again. I call this fight “Cane War”. I thought I don’t want to fold paper crane more. But I can fold paper crane very well.

BR 2-16: A Kiss for Little Bear

"This picture makes me happy," said Little Bear. (p. 5)

I chose this book because I like this series. I have read another this series before. And I thought this book is interesting.

The story is like this. Grandmother likes Little Bear's picture so much. And she sends him a thank you kiss. "Will you take it to him, Hen?" She says. Hen passes the kiss to Frog. Then Frog passes it to Cat who passes it to Little Skunk. Little Skunk find another skunk and they kiss until Hen come. And finally gives the kiss to the Little Bear.

This book is easy to read. So I want to find more difficult one. I recommend this book for beginner in learning English.

January 2

In January 2nd, I went to elementary to dig a time capsule.
I put in key chain and letter.

The letter said
"Hello? How are you? Do you studying? I'm studying hard now.
Do you still play volleyball? Please practice harder because you kept playing since you were 4th grade.
After all, please enjoy your life!
From Nana, eight years ago."

I'm fine now and I still play volleyball.
I think I practice hard.

Someone has baby and child.
My teacher was surprised to heard her baby same age of teacher's baby.

And we held alumni association.
We gather at about 6 o'clock.
We ate so much food and talked until 8 o'clock.
My class teacher came but another class teacher didn't come.
Someone said we didn't invite him.
I was surprised but it's maybe lie. Maybe he was busy.

My teacher talked us the memory of our classmate.
He was worried about students who lost parent.
And he didn't get along with another class teacher.
I didn't like that teacher so much.

And went to continuation of a party at another place.
We went to Mutsuura.
It had 12 seat but we sat about 20 people.
So it was jam-packed.
If someone went to restroom, it was no seat when came back.
So most of people had patience.
I talked with my friends we didn't see since finished elemntary school.
I have very fond memories.

It was continue about 11 o'clock.
We finished early because next day hold a coming of age celebration.
Then I gave my teacher lift home.

I had really good time.
I want to gather again:)

Typing: My favorite junior high school memory

My favorite junior high school memory is chorus contest. My class won the contest twice in my school contest. First time is when I was second grade. I was accompanying on the piano. We sang “Song is my soul”. And we got first prize. The school of first prize class can take part in prefectural chorus contest, so we participated in it. Its contest held in January. We practice hard during winter vacation. I was first time I played piano in front of lot of people and big contest. Before our performance, we sang school song so louder voice. And we went to stage. I was nervous but I was fun. My teacher was crying. My class got top prize. I received the certificate of merit. I was happy. I will never forget this memory. And my class also won the contest next year. But third grade student can’t participate in prefectural contest because we had entrance exam. So, we couldn’t go there but I was satisfied. Our grade students were good at singing, so in that year's contest, our grade got top three prize. Therefore, the class took part in prefectural chorus contest was fourth in my school. I thought our grade really good at singing. And at our graduation ceremony we sang difficult song. I couldn't understand the words but the harmony was beautiful, I think.
